2⅔ cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ tsp minced garlic
½ cup water
2 cups chopped fresh tomato
1 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp pepper
Cook rice according to directions, substituting broth for water, set aside
Cook pepper, celery, onion and garlic in water until tender
Add tomato, seasoned salt, chili powder, pepper and cooked rice
Cook together a few minutes until heated through
