Pie Crust

3 cups flour
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Crisco
1½ tsp salt
6 tsp water

Cut flour, crisco, and salt together, store in air-tight container until ready to use

Add water (adjust as needed) to make dough consistency
Roll out half of dough at a time

Makes 2 open-faced pies, or one covered pie (9")
