1 cup sour cream
1 pkg (.78oz) taco seasoning mix
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 jar (4.25oz diced green chilies, drained
1 can (2.25oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
¾ cup shredded cheddar
¾ cup shredded monterey jack
1 cup salsa, slightly drained if needed
Tortilla chips
Spread warm beans on a 10-inch serving platter
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning, spread over bean layer
Layer tomatoes, chilies, olives, salsa then cheese over sour cream
Serve with tortilla chips
*May sprinkle fresh, chopped cilantro over top
