2 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup unclooked Minute rice
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can of water
1 cup shredded cheddar
Preheat oven 350°
Cook sausage, green pepper, and onion in skillet until meat is browned, drain
Add in rice, soup and water, mix thoroughly
Pour into 9x13 pan, top with cheddar
Bake for 45-60 minutes
